Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day, shipped via Royal Mail.

UK: £2.49, arrives in 2–3 working days
USA: £8.99, arrives in 5–7 working days
Canada, Australia & New Zealand: £12.99, arrives in 5–7 working days
Rest of the World: £9.99, arrives in 5–7 working days

Import taxes

USA: We add and pay your import tax at checkout, so your order won't be held at customs.
Everywhere else: You may owe a customs charge on arrival — please check your local import rules before ordering.

EU orders
We no longer ship to the EU. New duties and handling fees from 1 July 2026 made this unworkable for a small independent business like ours.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return any unused product within 30 days of receiving it.

As a small business, we’re unable to offer prepaid return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, you can choose one of the following:

A refund for the cost of the unwanted product (unfortunately we are unable to refund the original postage fee unless the item is faulty)
A free replacement in a different size (we'll pay for the postage of the new item)

Warranty & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 90-day guarantee. If your item breaks within that period, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement — just get in touch.

After 90 days, if the silicone mouthpiece cap breaks, we offer replacements for £0.99, available directly through our website here.
