Shipping

 

Shipping is £2.49 across the UK on all orders.

 

For our international customers, shipping is available at a flat rate of £8.99. If you’re ordering from the EU, then we add the importation tax onto the shipping fee to ensure your order doesn’t get held up at customs. For international orders from countries not in the EU, please check your local importation taxes as you may need to pay a customs charge on arrival.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.

• UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

• International orders usually take 5–7 working days to arrive, depending on the destination.

 

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return any unused product within 30 days of receiving it.

As a small business, we’re unable to offer prepaid return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, you can choose one of the following:

• A full refund for the unwanted product, or

• A free replacement in a different size (we'll cover shipping for the new item)

 

Warranty & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 90-day guarantee. If your item breaks within that period, we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement — just get in touch.

After 90 days, if the silicone mouthpiece cap breaks, we offer replacements for £1.99 with free UK shipping, available directly through our website.
