UK delivery is £2.49 but FREE if you spend over £30.

 

For our international customers, the delivery fee depends on your location:

• USA £8.99

• Canada, Australia and New Zealand £12.99

• Rest of the World £9.99

If you're ordering from the EU or USA, we add the import tax to your order at the checkout and pay this for you to ensure your order doesn’t get held up at customs. 
For all other international orders, please check your local importation taxes as you may need to pay a customs charge on arrival.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.

• UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

• International orders usually take 5–7 working days to arrive, depending on the destination.

 

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return any unused product within 30 days of receiving it.

​

As a small business, we’re unable to offer prepaid return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, you can choose one of the following:

​

• A refund for the cost of the unwanted product (unfortunately we are unable to refund the original postage fee unless the item is faulty)

• A free replacement in a different size (we'll pay for the postage of the new item)

 

Warranty & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 90-day guarantee. If your item breaks within that period, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement — just get in touch.

After 90 days, if the silicone mouthpiece cap breaks, we offer replacements for £0.99, available directly through our website here.
