How do I know which size to choose?

Do you make cases for all types of inhalers?
We’ve worked hard to create a range that fits almost all commonly used inhalers. This includes our small, dust-proof pouches that suit a wide variety of newer styles.

If you can’t find a case for your specific inhaler, please sign up to our newsletter here. We're a small two-person team constantly working on new designs, and our subscribers are always the first to know when something new is released. (No spam — we promise only one email per month at most, and we’ll never share your info with anyone.)

Will my case fit in a school bag, coat pocket or with a spacer?
Yes — our inhaler sleeves are designed to be compact and practical. For spacers, we offer matching spacer cases and carrying straps to keep everything together.

How much do your products cost?

You can find the prices on each product page. They are: -

Inhaler cases & small bags – £14.99

All UK orders include free delivery. Every case is handmade here in York.

Can I wash my case?
Yes!

Faux leather cases and straps: wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
Silicone parts (like mouthpiece caps): can be rinsed with warm water

Please avoid dishwashers or washing machines, as colours may fade.

Are your cases safe for children?
Yes — all our materials are non-toxic and chosen for durability and child safety. However, as with any accessory, young children (in particular 3 years and under) should use them under adult supervision, especially if they’re still learning to manage their inhaler independently.

Are your materials latex-free?
Yes — our materials are latex-free. The inks we use in our printing contain a small amount of synthetic polymer, but the safety data sheet relating to the inks states: - "Does not cause a latex-related allergic reaction – The latex polymer used in HP Latex Inks is not related to natural or synthetic latex, so it does not cause a latex-related allergic reaction".

🛍 Orders & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our workshop in York, England, and regularly send parcels to customers on every continent. We also want to make it easier (and faster) for fans in other countries to access their favourite designs, so we’ve started stocking our most popular sizes and styles in select locations.

If you're in the United States, you can now order directly from Walmart online — this will save you both on shipping time and costs.

How long does delivery take?
Once you’ve placed your order, we usually make and ship it the next working day.

UK orders: Delivered via Royal Mail, usually within 2–3 working days.
International orders: Shipped with Royal Mail International; typically takes 5–7 working days, though this can vary by location.

I'm not sure if my order went through — what should I do?
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If it’s not there (and not in your junk folder), it’s possible the order didn’t complete — especially if you were using the Facebook or Instagram app, which can be buggy.
If you’re unsure, don’t worry — just:

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. If the case isn’t quite right, just email contact@inhalertailor.com or reach out to Harriet via WhatsApp and we’ll help sort it.
Please note: we’re a small workshop, so we’re not able to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We love rewarding our customers – we couldn’t do this without you! Visit our Rewards page for:

You can also sign up to our newsletter here for exclusive discount codes and early access to offers. We send one email every month or two — no spam.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
We don’t offer full gift-wrapping, but our packaging is colourful and gift-ready.
Want to include a message? Just write it in the "notes" box at checkout — we’ll handwrite a little note for the recipient.

Do you make custom designs or take special requests?
We don’t currently offer one-off custom orders (unless you’re buying 5 or more of the same design), but we love suggestions. Many of our most popular prints started as customer suggestions — feel free to message us or reply to one of our newsletter emails with ideas!

🌍 Sustainability & Partnerships

Are your products eco-friendly?
We make everything in small batches to reduce waste, and our packaging is fully recyclable (except the pouch, which can be taken to most supermarket plastic recycling points).
We also offer replacement silicone parts so customers don’t have to throw away a full case if one bit breaks.

Do you sell wholesale or offer bulk discounts?
Yes! If you work for a school, hospital or charity that supports people with asthma or COPD, please email contact@inhalertailor.com — we already work with NHS trusts and would love to hear from you.
